Electric Noodle Boiler
The OPB series of electric noodle boilers is one of the most popular pieces of equipment in every udon noodle restaurant in Japan. Unlike gas boilers, the electricity powered OPB models are easier to clean and operate. It is also built with a titanium heater, which is highly resistant to oxidization(rust) from salt, adding to it's overall durability.
