*Monthly maintenance and cleaning of sake warmer unit is required* 1. Attach tubing to bottom of container as show. Be sure to insert tubing completely over drain nozzle. |

2. Remove tape and invert sake tank and place on top of machine. Securely attached the container to the top of the sake warmer. |

3. Attach tubing to attachment nozzle on sake warmer. Be sure to attach the tubing so that it completely covers the sake warmer nozzle. |

4. Wash Sake tank and water tank monthly. After cleaning, run one to two bottles of sake through the machine before using. Discard this sake or use it for cooking. *For bottle loading units: Be sure to promptly remove empty bottles to avoid tipping the bottle over. *For all other cautions and warnings for use and cleaning of this machine please consult the owner's manual. |
