The new redesigned Iwatani Induction Stove IWA-1800 is constructed to be the most portable
and durable induction unit available. With a slimmer frame and profile, the IWA-1800 is lighter
and multiple units can be placed side by side. Constructed with Schott-Ceran top-plates and
an enhanced operating design, the IWA-1800 is built with enhanced durability and functionality
in mind. Other features, such as auto-overheating shut-off, material compatibility detector, and
electronic touch pad controls make the IWA-1800 extremely user friendly. 1500 watt units are
also available.

Drop-In Induction Stove
The Iwatani DI-1800 can convert any counter or mobile counter-top into a cooking station.
Designed to drop into hollowed out counter spaces, only the Schott-Ceran cooking surface can
be seen from above while the compact control panel can be inconspicuously placed nearby
to minimize visibility and to further maximize the visual aesthetics of the cooking station. And
with a digital temperature control knob, adjusting temperatures couldn’t be easier. Equipped
with a cooking pot/pan over-heating device, auto safety shut-down, material compatibility
detector and other safety features.
